Job Aids

Problem: Upper management wanted a fast, easy reference guide for leadership teams to reference from time to time regarding acceptable leadership traits.

Solution: I created an easy to read, easy to remember job aid for leaders to access.

Result: Leaders have an easy job aid to reference when needed.

Problem: Concert hall staff has been having trouble with audience displaying bad concert etiquette.

Solution: I created an easy to read, visually appealing job aid to post around the concert hall to remind concert-goers of proper audience etiquette. It's also easy for concert hall staff to reference when addressing individuals.

Result: Audience members are able to access the job aid on programs and around the concert hall. As a result, the concert hall staff has cut down the amount of etiquette issues needing to be addressed.
